Our custom system puts our inventory on the web site, live, at all times. That means that if the site says that something is in stock, you can be sure it is in stock, unlike almost any other web site out there. Our site doesn't reflect yesterday's inventory or last weeks inventory, it reflects our inventory at the time you load the web page and look at the part. The only time you need to concern yourself with stock levels is if you're buying one of the last few of something; it is always possible someone could put the same part in their shopping cart and check out before you (or the other way around) — in that case, it's a race: first one to check out with the last part, gets the part!

If you get your order in early in the day, it is almost certain that we can get it shipped to you that same day. If you get your order in later, then we'll still get it out the next day — and even so, we hand-process every credit card transaction to ensure that some loser isn't using your credit card fraudulently. We're super careful to make sure that the billing address you give us matches the address your bank has on file for your card; we work hard to protect you with every order you place with us.
