Our hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-7pm, Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday 9am-2pm. We are closed on Sunday. All hours are Mountain standard time.

We need for you to include in your message the quantity you need, the part number, a brief description. We also need your customer number (if you know it) and the billing address for the credit card you intend to use and the shipping address if it is different. Also, how you wish to pay for the order (Visa, Master Card, Discover,
American Express or C.O.D.) Don't forget to include your phone number that matches the credit card number you
are using in case we need to contact you. C.O.D. is only available in the continental U.S., and only to Stormer Hobbies customers who have already placed one or more orders with us -- you can't place your first order C.O.D.

Credit Cards, We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We do not add a surcharge for credit card orders. For your protection, we
verify all the addresses associated with the credit card you are using. Be sure and include a phone number where we can reach you.
C.O.D., Cash On Delivery. Is only available to existing customers (unless you've ordered from us before, we cannot send to you C.O.D.). Only available in the continental U.S. adds $7.95 to the order.
Pre-Paid, You can also prepay your order with a personal check or money order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for personal checks to clear.
