Our hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-7pm, Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday 9am-2pm. We are closed on Sunday. All hours are Mountain standard time.

We need for you to include in your message the quantity you need, the part number, a brief description. We also need your customer number (if you know it) and the billing address for the credit card you intend to use and the shipping address if it is different. Also, how you wish to pay for the order (Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express) Don't forget to include your phone number that matches the credit card number you are using in case we need to contact you.

1-Day and 2-Day Shipping:
When we ship 1-Day or 2-Day air, we ship Monday through Friday; not on Saturday or Sunday. Also, your packages will be delivered to you Monday through Friday, not Saturday or Sunday.

So, for instance, if you order by 2-day air on Thursday early enough so that we can actually ship it out on Thursday, you should expect it to arrive on Monday; the two business days your package is in transit are Friday, and Monday.

Payment Method:
Credit Cards, We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We do not add a surcharge for credit card orders. For your protection, we verify all the addresses associated with the credit card you are using. Be sure and include a phone number where we can reach you.

Pre-Paid, You can also prepay your order with a personal check or money order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for personal checks to clear.
