- Can I order from another
country? Stormer Racing specializes in overseas
shipping. It is just as easy to order from us as it is to order by mail
within your own country.
- What information do you need
from me when I place an order? Our secure shopping cart
will collect all the information we need from you. If you have opted not
to use the shopping cart, you can still fax or phone the order in. In
that case, we will need your name, and a complete address that matches
the credit card you will be using. If your order is going to be shipped
to a different address, we will need that information also. Important:
To speed up your first order, you should ship it to the address that
matches your credit card. We will also need the phone number that
matches your credit card address and any other phone numbers that you
may feel may be important. After you have ordered from us once, we give
you a customer number that matches all your information so you don't
have to give it to us every time.
- What is the best way to order
from you if I live in another country? Any way works,
but the web site is the best. That way you'll be sure to include all the
critical information. The more information we have, the faster you get
your order.
- How long does it
take? That depends on where your order must be shipped.
Most often it is less expensive to ship via Priority Mail, but packages
get there quicker via UPS express. If you do not specify, we will
usually ship your order to you via Priority mail. All packages are
insured.
- Why can't I order spray paint
and motor spray AIR freight? Air shipments cannot
contain items that are explosive or flammable by nature, such as fuel.
In addition, air shipments may not contain items that are subject to
risk of explosive decompression, such as any spray can which contains
gas or fluid under pressure. The risks of explosion and/or fire are
considered too great for air transport. These restrictions are mandated
by US law, so there is no way we can avoid them on your behalf. When you
order restricted items such as those described here, your order will
automatically be converted to ground shipping if you are within the
continental United States. If you are not within the USA, your order
cannot be processed until, or unless, those items are
removed.
